Imagine if matter was programmable!

To be more specific, imagine if we could manipulate individual molecules in real time.

With such a level of control over chemistry, we could build so many technologies that are currently limited to science fiction & potentially solve A LOT of humanity’s problems!

This is what I'm working on with the nanotech startup I founded.

The team is currently me(Colin) & two scientific advisors and we are building molecular machines that can manipulate the molecules around them (real life nanobots).

Why? because, control of biochemical events at nm-sized coordinates is the only thing standing between us and the scifi biotech future we were promised in movies. A future where drugs have near 100% success rate. Where there is no such thing as an "inoperable tumor". Where engineering biology is as predictable and repeatable as engineering software.

The near term application for the platform we're most excited about is nanosurgery & precise single cell perturbation. No more dumping chemicals into cells using pills, pipettes or injections. Just send in a nanobot and use a laptop to remote control it to engineer the cell you want. In vitro and In vivo.

Our nanomachines are nano particles and other functionalised molecules whose conformations(and subsequent chemical behaviour) can be controlled in real time to facilitate directed chemical work.

Preparations are being made for us to build our first prototype device and begin commercial work in early 2026.

Stay tuned.
