• Take your monomer
• functionalise it such that it polymerises into a chain once inside a nanopore
• use a piezoelectric tool to nudge the growing chain through space and direct its assembly into a 3d structure. Hopefully, you've pre-placed functional groups along the chain to aid in even more complex folding behaviour.
